Fall Innovation Grants

Eight NGSC teachers received funding in our second grant round of the school year.
All four NGSC schools were represented in the most recent Innovation Grant cycle. Check out these fantastic projects that are in the works:
Princeton Community High School
Julie Koberstein recieved $450 to purchase anatomical models for her Medical Terminology class.
Matt Hughen will use his $500 grant to purchase new weight lifting belts for the high school strength & conditioning class.
Princeton Community Middle School
Patrick Donell will purchase medicine balls for the middle school athletic conditioning class with his $500 grant.
Princeton Community Intermediate School
5th grade teacher Mary Coomer recieved $500 to purchase interactive items for math stations to be used for remediation, reinforcement, and enrichment.
4th grade teacher Madi Horton will purchase flexible seating with her $450 grant.
3rd grade teacher Lindsey Turney received $400 for flexible seating in her classroom as well.
Princeton Community Primary School
Kimberly White, SEL/ED classroom teacher, received $500 to outfit her new classroom with developmentally appropriate manipulatives and sensory items.
Kindergarten teacher Jennifer Guard will use her $430 grant to purchase decodable books as part of the Science of Reading.
