Our Initiatives
We recognize that when teachers are given the proper resources, support, and encouragement, they can make magic happen in the classroom. Our current programs, Innovation Grants and Foundation Fun Days, are designed to do just that. And we have several projects in the works for 2024-2025 that will further the opportunities for North Gibson students.
Our Mission
The North Gibson Education Foundation is dedicated to providing resources to improve and enhance the educational opportunities available to all North Gibson School Corporation students.
NGEF functions to support public education by securing and distributing private dollars, bridging the gap between what is available through state funding and what is needed in classrooms.

The NGEF Innovation Grant cycles are in full swing with more than $8,500 awarded in just this first semester.
Innovation grants provide NGSC educators and support staff with the opportunity to implement initiatives and hands-on projects beyond the traditional curriculum, while continuing to meet both standard academic goals and social-emotional learning.
